Learn More About The Project

Have you ever been looking for a new audiobook listening experience, but felt as if you couldn't find anything new and exciting?

This case study provides you with a refined way of searching for something that excites you by providing exact specifications for what you want to read such as genre, author, and book length.

Always visible filters provide you with the knowledge of what criteria you are searching by at all times.

You can even utilize the tools produced by this case study to find books that are similar to ones you have already read and enjoyed.

It is simple to sort your library using the always visible filters to find the exact book you want something similar too. Or for multiple results, select two or more books.

And when you are feeling as if you don't know what you want to listen to, you can see what others are listening to on your Audible social feed. Or for others who want something new to listen to, if you have something, post about it to your follower's feeds.

It's simple on Audible's social platform to connect with your friends and author's profiles so you can find new books to listen to.

Context

This project aims to deliver a unified search system, discovery system, and social system to the Audible mobile experience. It was inspired by the comments of personal conversations that emphasized a desire to be able to quickly and effectively discover and search for enjoyable audio books on the platform. I decided to take on this challenge in the form of a design sprint.
